SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to ensure that your sweets arrive safely and on time. We ship Monday-Friday, not weekends. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will ship out Monday or Tuesday.

We currently use USPS Priority Mail to deliver our product. We will use USPS Express Mail where ever applicable.

​

 

Please note, all orders will require signature on delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone will be available to sign for your order once it arrives.

​

 

We do not ship to Internationally or to PO Boxes.

​

 

Please note that adverse weather conditions may affect delivery times but are beyond our control. Any shipments delayed due to these conditions are not eligible for refund.

REFUND POLICY

We cannot issue refunds if an order has been delayed due to incorrectly entered addresses or missed deliveries.

​

 

Refunds cannot be issued if a product becomes damaged or expired to delayed deliveries, unclaimed packages, or improperly stored product.

​

 

Because we use the freshest ingredients in our products, all sweets are PERISIBLE. We encourage refrigeration for some sweets, this will be indicated on your package. For this reason, we do not accept returns. Once items are shipped, we also do not issue refunds for items that have expired or gone bad due to improper care.
